Avem na Naktam Yget (And the Days Went On) is a traditional Kalsaiv song, written in approximately ...
The song consists of four verses, alternating viewpoints between a young woman and young man who grow up together, and are "destined for eachother" up until the young man dies preventing a cattle raid.
The song has become immensly popular among the Kalsaivi National Army, who have reimagined the song as refering to a cattle raid conducted by the Gwenithen Imperial Army, rather than the rival village the song probably refered to.
